John brings over 30 years of specialized Sales, Business Development, Operations Management, small business startup and federal market penetration, and Business capture planning experience in the areas of Telecommunications and IT within the US Government and International markets. Currently the Owner and President of Government Solution Providers, LLC, he formed the company in 2003 with the vision of providing sales and business development services to small and international companies that would like to enter the US government market; however, in many cases do not have the resources or experience to penetrate the market in a cost effective and efficient manner.

As an entrepreneur, he has grown GSP into a multimillion dollar company providing system integration, sales outsourcing, business development and planning, and value added reselling of both products and services directly to Government customers and through large and medium size prime contractors. As the Federal Sales Director for the Visionael Corporation, John developed and executed a business plan to penetrate the US Federal market, obtain branding for Visionael products and services, and build the government practice into a major revenue generating vertical. During his tenure he closed critical sales with the Pentagon, the Defense Information Systems Agency, the White House Communications Agency, NSA, the Department of Energy, Department of Treasury, Mexico and Japan. John used his technical and operational expertise in the IT and Telecommunications fields to succinctly identify customer requirements and propose cost effective and technically superior solutions.

John is a proven leader, sales closer, and business developer and has an extensive list of contacts in both the US Government and Internationally. He holds a Master's of Science from Georgia College and University and a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry and Physics from Mary Washington University. He is a retired Air Force Officer having attended both Basic and Advanced Communications Officer School.
